Tulive housing is a small team whose biggest goal is to offer you an uncomplicated and nice stay in Vienna.

We offer high flexibility, fair prices, all-inclusive furnishing and great flatmates for a perfect start in one of the most beautiful cities in the world.

Our managing director Greg created this name due to his love for tulips.

"When I was a child, my mother always decorated our apartment with fresh tulips. As a student, I started traveling the world and doing internships all around the globe. I stayed in a wide variety of accommodations and especially appreciated concepts that offered me both a place of retreat and privacy and also communal areas to meet my flatmates and enjoy time together.

The name tulive housing stands for a special moment I had when I finally came home after a nine-month stay in China. Exhausted from the trip, I opened the front door of my apartment and my view fell directly on a bouquet of orange tulips. In this moment I knew: I was finally home again.

That's exactly the feeling we want to give our tenants when they choose a room at tulive housing: enter, arrive, and feel at home."
